Dear Parents and Guardians,

I would like to introduce myself as the Senior School Support Officer at St Columbkilles. A large part of my role is to liaise with parents and guardians to support and implement strategies for payments of school fees for 2023. The aim is for all school fees to be paid in a diligent, responsible manner to avoid late payments or debts occurring.

As you are aware, we are living in a very dynamic economy and many families have been affected by this in recent years.  As a Catholic community, St Columbkilles acknowledges and supports the health and welfare of our families who undertake these financial challenges every day. It is also an important part of my role to implement strategies for those families who may be having financial hardship and are finding it difficult to pay their school fees regularly.

In order to go on a payment plan, a REQUEST TO PAY SCHOOL FEES BY INSTALMENT form will need to be filled out by the parent/guardian and scanned or emailed back to me. Alternatively you can also drop the form off to the school office.
