RU Okay? Day will be held in Australia on Thursday 14th September 2023. It is a national day dedicated to reminding everyone that any day is the day to ask, 'are you OK?' and support those struggling with life.

In Week 9, we will have a daily focus looking at different ways that students can look after their well-being.

These will include:

- being active

- being aware

- continued learning and helping others

 Each class will learn about these important key messages.

On Thursday, 14 September, students can come to school wearing mufti clothes!
