STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT - JETT HYSLOP
On Friday 27 October Jett Hyslop from Year 2 will compete in the A Team at the State Championships for gymnastics to be held at the Sydney Gymnastic and Aquatic Centre (SGAC) in Rooty Hill . Jett has been selected as one of the top five gymnasts from the region after achieving excellent results at the recent state trials. We wish Jett all the best for her upcoming competition.
CRICKET GALA DAY
Thursday saw the final Diocesan Gala Day for 2023. This time the sport was Cricket. Students from Year 5 and 6 participated at Fairy Meadow having a go at an 8 a side batting and bowling game. Gala Days will commence again in 2024. Gala Days are open for Years 3-6 in most events, generally with two age groups Years 3 & 4 and 5 & 6. Priority is given to Year 6 and 4 each year.
