St Columbkilles students share in a "Moment in History" where members of the King family, along with Year 1 students, re-enacted a documented family reading from a family heirloom Bible which occurred in 1915 when other ancestors of the family came together to pray before their son went to War. Mrs Megan King, a history teacher from St Joseph's Albion Park, and mother of Ari (Year 1) is a direct descendant of the family involved in the reading from the Bible.

It was a celebration of family, history and of God's Word which is evident throughout time and is forever passed through so many people.
